2006 marked the twenty-fifth year that the Allen Temple Cantateers under the direction of Minister of Music & the Arts, Sister Betty Gadling, have performed the Langston Hughes religious drama, The Black Nativity. |

In recognition and celebration of twenty-five consecutive years of performances, a gala event was
held. The Gala event was the final performance of the 2006 theatrical season. |

The Gala event consisted of a catered dinner, an audio/video presentation,
followed by the performance of The Black Nativity. |
